As always, Cycles de Oro delivers among the best when it comes to the Tour to
Tanglewood Training Rides. These free rides have better support than most rides
you have to pay for, and they are great preparation for anyone, especially those
considering joining in the Tour to Tanglewood for Multiple Sclerosis. This year
the pavement was incredible on the route, and we had tons of fun doing the 35+ miles
on inline skates. We don't know what happened, but it seemed that Team Erica was
providing the lead out, and we skaters had started out just ahead of them to try to
stay out of the way at the start. But Team Erica deferred to the Roadskater.net duo
for some magical reason and did not pass us until well into Latham Park after that
nasty little downhill left at the park ring road. What an honor to be in such great
company with a few moments shared together before the hammer came down and we were
in the glorious wake and buzz of wind and sprockets! Thank you for a great moment!
