The Spinz Bike Shop Tour to Tanglewood Training Ride was great this year, and
we really loved the route. The Tour sponsored rest stops were great as always
and the bike shop sponsored ones were good, but not perfect. Electrolytes are
even more important to slower riders who are out on the road longer. The rest
stop workers were great and friendly, and these stops were still good, so thanks!
We had a fun time especially as the day wore on and we got our road miles under
our belts and brains. By the time we finished it was starting to rain and this was
a great treat which brought smiles all around...perhaps not for those who were
still on the course.
